Here ICE means Internal Combustion Engine and EV are Electric Vehicles.

First, you must identify your goals and need to make sure your goals are based on what. Before even considering following a career route, you must get to know yourself. 

This blog is for professionals who are already a part of the automotive industry and who are looking to make a switch to the EV industry or for the upcoming engineers ready to join the EV industry.

Let me say it easily, engineers who have already been a part of the industry must have a good and matured skill set. These practical skills are very valuable, and those skills are not available in textbooks and can only be learned through experience while working. 

A mature guy with such abilities would have an overall understanding of the automotive industry, and a standard working methodology of the domain will help him/her to be successful in their career. 

Anyway if you are making a switch you must brush up on some basics of Electric Vehicles and you can do some courses based on it because nowadays learning many things as much you can and updating yourself will help you in the future to withstand on your field.
