It is just a mind-blowing motorcycle with an Electric motor. The LiveWire released in 2019, targets a different type of customers than their classic V-twin powered motorcycle.
Harley-Davidson has launched the LiveWire as an all-electric bike brand in a bid to become a leader in the battery-powered 2-wheeler segment. Speaking about LiveWire, Jochen Zeitz, chairman, president and CEO of Harley-Davidson said, “With the mission to be the most desirable electric motorcycle brand in the world, LiveWire will pioneer the future of motorcycling, for the pursuit of urban adventure and beyond. LiveWire also plans to innovate and develop technology that will be applicable to Harley-Davidson electric motorcycles in the future.”

However, LiveWire is expected to hit Indian stores by 2021. As for the price, the LiveWire is priced at USD 29,799 in the US [ near to 20.8 Lakhs in India].

There is no “warm-up,” no “tune-up,” and no engine sounds, but there will be a little amount of electric motor sound while revving the accelerator, and Maintenance is very much simplified versus IC bikes. It is completing a full charge in roughly 12 hours. I think this bike is just a Humongous package for riders who wants to change their experience to electric.
